Mischievous Penelope Pitstop by Darrell & Denise Thomas

Penny came home to us from Carly late last year, it was difficult which one to choose from the litter as they were all so lovely. The
colours were so varied all with lovely temperments. From day one she was mischievous and ran rings round our other Persians. She was litter trained and used to different noises around the house such as the hoover. She settled in straight away and it now
feels like she has been with us forever. She sleeps with our daughter Amy at night, she is a lovely cat and cries to be picked up.
We would have no worries about bringing home another one of Carly’s kittens ( waiting for a cream for my husband!!) as not only are they lovely kittens but also they come fully vaccinated, spayed, used to grooming and sociable.
Our Lovable Manny by Jenny Walton

Carly asked me whether I would mind writing a small piece on my experience on giving one of her kittens a forever home ...... would I mind?? I was over the moon! If there is one thing I like doing it’s talking about my little man.
I first ‘met’ Paws, as he was then called, via a Pet Forum. I wasn’t actually looking for another cat, but as soon as I saw his little face I was in love! After many conversations with Carly, she likes to know all about her babies new home, it was agreed I would go and see Paws to see whether he liked me. It was November 2011, and with slight trepidation, I traveled to see Carly and her feline family. Paw’s was from Tia’s litter, three gorgeous little colour points. One had already been re-homed but Millie and Paws were very eager to meet me! I spent two hours talking with Carly and being crawled over by Tia and the babies ...... it was bliss!! I think Paws gave his seal of approval, which was confirmed when it was time to leave with him and he got in his carrier without a second thought (much to Carly’s disgust, she thought he was a traitor!!)
So home he came and with a new name, Manny, we set about the task of settling him in. Well I don’t quite know what Carly does with her kittens, but this little man was a joy to have around. Carly did warn me he might be bit noisy as she talk’s to her babies all the time, and also warned me he might be, in her words ‘a bit thick!’. Bless him, he did have a tendency to get lost, even though he was in the same room as us!! He would meow at the top of his voice until we talked to him. Carly phoned on a regular basis to start with to make sure he was being good, I think she missed him!! I always felt that if ever I needed her help, she would be there without any hesitation. We have since become good friends, and I always keep her up to date with how things are going.
Manny is now 2 years old and has turned out to be the most loving cat you could ever meet. He loves being groomed, he is no trouble to bath, and he sits with his paw in my hand to cut his nails ..... all thing’s Carly taught him from a very young age. He loves to snuggle and he doesn’t have a bad bone in his little body.
So much for writing a small piece, I told you I loved talking about him! The last thing I would like to say is I wouldn’t hesitate to get another kitten from the Moonspun brood ...... in fact one day I will!!

The Gorgeous Monty by Vivien & Derek

Monty is the most gorgeous lad in the whole World even though he likes to be a total scruffball! If he is bathed, he will then scrabble in the litter. After a good brushing he will roll around play fighting with Perdy (the girlfriend he loves and who loves him, ahhhhhhh) and then of course there’s his sleeping habits; across
my legs, tummy or head in bed or on mine or his dads favourite chair or the doorway, kitchen worktop or sink (even when wet!) or in the middle of the dining table... in fact anywhere it might be inconvenient!
We have taken both catkids on holiday with us in the motorhome and they were brilliant, using every space available to play explore and hide. We have tartan harnesses for them and they come outside for a
little explore although they like to get back into their catvan with all the toys (there’s hardly room for us with all the stuff we take for them including a climbing stand).
In all i can’t imagine what our life would be like without our little angels giving us cuddles and more joy and laughter than we would have thought possible. Thank you Carly for letting us have our amazing lad and a big Thank you from Perdy too, for her new best mate!
